These programs give you the essential exercises and structured routines to optimize your time in the gym and get you looking your best QUICK.

Phase 1 will be comprised of a mix of volume and strength type training. This particular phase is designed to get your body acclimated to working out in a structured fashion wether you are just starting out or you have some experience in the gym.
